Beans are the darling of the Brazilians. It is one of our staple foods, our main source of plant protein. Beans are a strong domestic market product, which is mainly explored by small producers. In Brazil, there are a large number of genotypes with distinct traits (black, carioca, purple, among others). Each region in the country has a preferred variety.
Our beans meet the strict quality standards the market demands. Sementec processes carioca beans – from the BRS Estilo commercial group – and also gurutuba beans – always green, more precocious – widely consumed in the Northeast. To have access to our processed beans is very easy. Our headquarters are located at Km 090, on side of BR 020.
